- The bulk of my work is carried out by telephone, which is flexible, cost-effective and more convenient for those being interviewed. I also do face-to-face interviews.
- I have personally carried out over 7,000 in-depth telephone interviews with middle and senior managers, more than any other individual in the UK.
- Distance is no object because I work mainly on the telephone. I have interviewed extensively in Scotland and Ireland.
- Customer satisfaction questions can be introduced into any market survey and my clients frequently do this.
- There is a heavy emphasis on quantification in all the work that I do.
- For large numbers of briefer interviews, I have a team of trained callers.
- Some of my clients have found me to be very effective at sales prospecting, particularly when they are entering new markets.
